Born to a middle-class Korean family, he and his family eventually moved to the Philippines when he was just 8 years old to seek greener pastures. Having grown exhausted of the hustle culture of Seoul, his family opted to live a more peaceful life in the province in the Philippines; and with the sizable Korean population in Angeles, it barely felt as if they’d left home.From working in the hospitality as well as food and beverage industries to building his own businesses from the ground up, Killian puts his success down to his business acumen—a talent he acquired from his equally business savvy parents. His father owns a local chain of Korean marts with branches in Pampanga and Makati, while his mother owns a beauty salon frequented by Korean celebrities based in the Philippines. However, unbeknownst to many (including his family), most of his business establishments act as mere fronts for the real source of his sudden influx of wealth.
